What is included in a breathwork session?

Breathwork uses proven deep breathing techniques to replenish the brain, belly and key organs with rich oxygen.  A breathwork session includes an introduction to breath, a meditation to relax the body, and up to 30 minutes of deep, focused breathing that will bring sensations, release and healing to your body.

What is the Liberating Breath?

Breathwork is thousands of years old and taught in yoga schools and meditation centers.  Modern breathwork is concentrated rhythmic breathing that anyone can do in short sessions - no perfection needed.   Breathwork Escape has developed The Liberating Breath combining Breathwork Detox and other styles to help participants let go, sooth the nervous system and heal their own body and mind. Each session is customized for the individual or group with themes, music, messages and breath styles.
